Faceted Bowl. Walther Glas, Germany

Some pieces arrive at the atelier with their history documented.

This German crystal bowl arrived with its original factory label intact: Original Walther Glas, Kristallglas, Made in W. Germany, almost six decades after leaving Germany. Its deep facets catch the light like few pieces can: by day, it is sculpture. Lit, it becomes something else entirely.

Filled with 400 g of handcrafted candle wax and three wicks, its crystal spreads the light across the entire table. Once this piece finds its home, there won’t be another quite like it.

A unique vintage piece with its original maker’s label. Candle weight: 400 g · 1.52 kg · Height: 14 cm · Diameter: 14 cm.
