Processing time
Each piece is prepared by hand in our atelier in Switzerland. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Delivery within Switzerland
We currently ship within Switzerland only. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, bringing the estimated total delivery time to approximately 9–10 business days from order confirmation.

Standard shipping
Standard shipping costs CHF 9.90 for orders up to 2 kg. Orders above 2 kg may be subject to a different shipping rate, which we will confirm with you before dispatch.

Estimated dates are not guarantees
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Correct delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address provided incorrectly.
