Each Swiss Garten Atelier piece is handcrafted to order. As part of our artisanal production process, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be carefully crafted, finished, and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping within Switzerland

Orders are shipped within Switzerland only.

CHF 9.90 for orders up to 2 kg.

For larger quantities or orders above 2 kg, please contact us at Contact@swissgartenatelier.com for a shipping quote.

Estimated transit times will be provided at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are separate from production times. The production period of up to 7 business days must be added to the estimated delivery timeframe.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active within the carrier's system.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the parcel from the designated carrier location, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.

Should your order be returned to us, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
